Services and bookings

The Site provides information about our services in Washington County, Utah. Scheduling, pricing, waivers, deposits, cancellations, and other service terms are governed by separate agreements, policies, and the Gingr platform (and Gingr's terms), not by these Terms alone.

You agree not to misuse the Site—for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized means, scrape it in violation of our rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Full Throttle Dog Camp or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law (such as fair use).

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us solely for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero) or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where such limitations are not allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where required otherwise.
